He is a graduate from the University of Buenos Aires Law School, Tulane University Law School and Harvard Law School.
He joined Freidenberg, Freidenberg & Lifsic in 1992, after working in the International Monetary Fund (1965 – 1970) in the ITT Corp. As General Counselor for Latin America (1970 – 1984) and in the Macri Group as Legal Director (1984 – 1992).
Mr. Lifsic specializes in corporate matters, joint ventures and international negotiations.
He is outside consultant of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on banking matters since 1994.
He is a fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, Minneapolis, MN.
